You can return or exchange an online order within 30 days of the original invoice date. Contact us before sending anything back.
Return period
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the original invoice date for online orders. Mandatory consumer cancellation and refund rights continue to apply where relevant.
Item condition
Items sent back for a standard return or exchange must be unused, unworn and clean, with their original condition, packaging and tags preserved.
Requesting a return
Email [email protected] before sending any item. Include your order number, a description of the item and whether you want a refund or exchange. Returns should include your contact details and proof of purchase.
Return postage
Customers pay return and exchange shipping. Cash-on-delivery parcels are not accepted. Use a traceable shipping method.
Different rules may apply where consumer law requires otherwise, including where an item is defective or not as described.

Repairs and replacements
We ship a repaired or replacement item within up to three weeks after the returned product arrives, subject to item availability and applicable legal rights.
