Where does Stitches ship from?
Orders for the international store ship from Israel.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to destinations eligible for the selected products and ECO POST service. See Shipping & Delivery.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders of $100 USD or more. Below $100 USD, standard ECO POST shipping costs $20 USD.
Do you offer EMS or express shipping?
No. ECO POST is the only international shipping service currently offered.
How long does delivery take?
Transit times vary by destination and customs processing. No fixed delivery period is promised.
Are customs duties included?
Import duties and local taxes may be charged by your destination country and are generally your responsibility. See Duties & Taxes.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards and Google Pay, processed by our payment provider PayPlus. Prices are in USD.
Can I return an item?
Yes. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the invoice date, subject to item condition and applicable consumer rights. Contact support before returning anything. See Returns & Exchanges.
