Please note that delivery delays may occasionally occur due to global supply chain issues, customs processing, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

All orders are shipped from Israel.

Shipping Options

Worldwide registered airmail shipping is free for all orders over $75 USD.

Registered Airmail

Registered airmail includes confirmation that the package has been shipped and offers limited tracking.

Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days, depending on the destination.

Please note that shipments to Asia and the Pacific region may take 3–4 weeks for delivery.

Express Mail Service — EMS

EMS includes confirmation that the package has been shipped and offers advanced tracking.

Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days, depending on the destination.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Some countries may charge import fees, VAT, duties, taxes, or other customs-related charges according to local laws and regulations. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

Please note that customs authorities may conduct random inspections, which can cause delivery delays.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges for items purchased through the Stitches online store may be made within 30 days of the original invoice date.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, clean, and in their original condition, including the original packaging and tags. Items that are used, damaged, dirty, or missing original packaging or tags will not be accepted.

Required Return Information

Every return package must include the following information:

• Customer name, address, and contact information
• Proof of purchase, such as an invoice or order confirmation email
• A clear note stating whether you are requesting a refund or replacement

Returns that arrive without the required information may be returned to the customer.

Return Shipping

Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

C.O.D. shipments, also known as Cash on Delivery shipments, will not be accepted.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Stitches is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit.

Replacements & Repairs

Replaced or repaired items will be shipped to the customer within up to 3 weeks from the date the returned item arrives at Stitches.
