Registered airmail includes confirmation that the package has been shipped and offers limited tracking.<\/p>

Express Mail Service \u2014 EMS<\/h3>

Customs, Duties & Taxes<\/h3>

Returns & Exchanges<\/h2>

Returns or exchanges for items purchased through the Stitches online store may be made within 30 days of the original invoice date<\/strong>.<\/p>

Returned items must be unused, unworn, clean, and in their original condition, including the original packaging and tags. Items that are used, damaged, dirty, or missing original packaging or tags will not be accepted.<\/p>

Required Return Information<\/h3>

Every return package must include the following information:<\/p>

  • Customer name, address, and contact information<\/li>
  • Proof of purchase, such as an invoice or order confirmation email<\/li>
  • A clear note stating whether you are requesting a refund or replacement<\/li><\/ul>

    Returns that arrive without the required information may be returned to the customer.<\/p>

    C.O.D. shipments, also known as Cash on Delivery shipments, will not be accepted.<\/p>
